Grayhawk is a large master-planned community with a huge variety of properties available. There are 24 different subdivisions, including 8 condo and townhome communities. All 24 neighborhoods are outlined on the above map. Various Grayhawk amenities are indicated on the map with red dots. This includes Grayhawk Elementary School, shopping centers, restaurants, Thompson Peak Park, Grayhawk Park and Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital.

Click on any of the neighborhoods on the map to view the homes for sale in that community. All of the Raptor Retreat and Talon Retreat are guard gated. Residents have an electronic pass to allow them to drive past the guard gate. All visitors and guests must stop at the guard house. This security is a great feature of those neighborhoods. Many home owners value the security and privacy that the guard gates offer. All of the condo communities have electronic gates. However, Avian and Cachet are both located in the guard gated sections so they are double-gated. Visitors go through the main guard gate to the area and then a second electronic gate at the condo community. We would be happy to explain the differences in the communities to you.
