The Grayhawk Golf Club is honoring the accomplishment that Phil Mickelson has just achieved. He has officially been elected to enter into the 2012 World Golf Hall of Fame. The induction will take place on May 7, 2012.

The Grayhawk Golf Club will be one of the three top ranked golf clubs in Scottsdale to host the Waste Management Scottsdale Open in January 2012. This is the ultimate tournament that tests the skills of some of the best amateur golfers in Scottsdale. This tournament will be held January 13th, 14th and 15th. Grayhawk Scottsdale is a great community to consider when purchasing your next home or condo in Scottsdale. There are plenty of professional level golf courses, an endless number of great dining options and shopping nearby. Another bonus to the Grayhawk area is the proximity to the freeways so you have easy access to all sporting events and other activities throughout the city.
Before you begin your search it is important to think about the items that are most important to you. Items such as price, necessary amenities, type of property and where to buy are very important factors to consider when starting the home buying process. Once you have a list of what is important to you, we can set up a custom online search that will show you the properties that are currently available.
When you are ready to look at some homes or condos in person, we will schedule showings at your top picks. I would suggest viewing no more than seven properties per day. If you look at too many it can become overwhelming and each place may start to seem like a blur, even if you are jotting down notes along the way. It is also a good idea to bring a camera or phone with photo capability just in case you would like to capture items that you find you are most interested in or would like to remember later.
