Things to Consider When Purchasing Grayhawk Scottsdale Real Estate

Grayhawk Scottsdale is a great community to consider when purchasing your next home or condo in Scottsdale. There are plenty of professional level golf courses, an endless number of great dining options and shopping nearby. Another bonus to the Grayhawk area is the proximity to the freeways so you have easy access to all sporting events and other activities throughout the city.

Before you begin your search it is important to think about the items that are most important to you. Items such as price, necessary amenities, type of property and where to buy are very important factors to consider when starting the home buying process. Once you have a list of what is important to you, we can set up a custom online search that will show you the properties that are currently available.

Grayhawk Condos for sale

When you are ready to look at some homes or condos in person, we will schedule showings at your top picks. I would suggest viewing no more than seven properties per day. If you look at too many it can become overwhelming and each place may start to seem like a blur, even if you are jotting down notes along the way. It is also a good idea to bring a camera or phone with photo capability just in case you would like to capture items that you find you are most interested in or would like to remember later.

If you find something that you really like be sure to take your time to walk or drive around the area just to make sure that you are comfortable there. After you have found “the one” it is important that you are ready with the proper documentation to submit an offer. You must provide either proof of funds or a pre-qualification form from a lender with any offer that is made in Arizona.

Hey, What Happened to My Condo !!??

I got a call today from a client quite upset that the condo he has been admiring online is suddenly vanished from his webpage. He wanted to know what happened to his condo. It was sold, of course, to someone who ACTED rather than just ADMIRED the deal. The inventory of homes and condos at the bottom of the price range (under $250,000) are moving fast. The best properties are sold quickly. He somehow didn’t think it was fair that it wouldn’t be available for him to consider anymore. The only way to “reserve” a condo is to make an offer. This can easily be done by email. If your offer is accepted you have a 10 day inspection period to make a decision about whether to continue with the deal. If you like it – buy it, if you don’t like it – don’t buy it and get your money back during the 10 day period. It’s that simple.
